Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in DIBRUGARH, DULIAJAN & TINSUKIA. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, explaining product features, guiding customers through the buying process, and achieving sales targets. The role includes fostering positive relationships with clients, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of available car models, and assisting customers with financing and purchase options. The Salesperson will also track leads and update records in the sales system.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiation skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, ability to meet sales targets
• Familiarity with automotive industry trends and vehicle specifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales software or CRM tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree
• Experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an advantage.
