Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client inquiries, conducting property tours, developing relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, they will maintain strong customer relationships, create custom proposals, and support marketing campaigns to attract new clients. The role will require identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, attending networking events, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into bookings.
  • Hospitality and Customer Service: Strong understanding of client needs, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-first approach.
  • Event Planning and Management: Proficiency in organizing and coordinating bespoke events and corporate retreats.
  • Marketing and Presentation: Ability to pitch properties, create tailored proposals, and extend brand reputation through networking and partnerships.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the luxury hospitality market and prior experience handling high-value clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
