Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes conducting product presentations and providing detailed information to customers. The Salesperson will analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities and collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends is preferred
  • Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrate product value to customers
  • Proficient in market research and the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple clients and tasks
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software for managing sales pipelines is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, is an asset
