Role Description

The Assistant Manager F&B Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The position involves driving food and beverage sales to meet departmental targets and provide an exceptional dining experience for guests. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure high-quality service standards. The Assistant Manager will also oversee event planning and execution for F&B clients, analyze financial performance, and provide regular updates to leadership. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Event Management: Experience in planning and executing events, including communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Operational Expertise: Knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and service standards to drive revenue and provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data, identify sales trends, and implement effective strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with F&B software is an advantage.
