Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Mathura. The Salesperson will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, presenting the unique features of Shri Divine Vasundhara, and building relationships with customers to drive property sales. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, conducting site visits, providing personalized property solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves addressing client queries, preparing necessary documents, and maintaining accurate sales records while collaborating with the marketing and operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build successful customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored property solutions
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes, especially in the local region
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional proficiency in the local dialect being an advantage
  • Passion for real estate, cultural heritage, or spiritual living is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field
