Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in New Delhi. The Salesperson will actively engage with potential and existing clients to promote NEO FUSION's suite of innovative design and construction materials. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, delivering product presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align customer requirements with tailored solutions while driving customer satisfaction and increasing market presence.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with architecture, interior design, construction materials, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Expertise in delivering compelling product presentations and negotiating favorable deals.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze market needs and propose tailored solutions for clients.
  • Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Customer Focus: A client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Prior experience in sales is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Digital Tools: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools to manage sales processes efficiently.
