Role Description

This is an internship role for a Field Sales Executive at Rice Cosmetics, located on-site in New Delhi. The Field Sales Executive will build client relationships, reach out to prospective customers, present products, and drive sales. The individual will collaborate with the team to implement tailored sales strategies while maintaining a customer-first approach. Responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting sales targets, engaging in promotional activities, and providing product feedback for improvement.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on relationship building and closing deals
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Experience or interest in the beauty or cosmetics industry is an advantage
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work on-site in New Delhi
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
