Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert advice on property-related matters, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additional tasks include managing client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the success of the organization. This role requires regular coordination with team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property management, and familiarity with the real estate industry
  • Sales expertise with strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Knowledge of the local Ghaziabad real estate market is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Goal-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
