Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Bhubaneswar. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. Key daily activities include understanding client needs, promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer support for long-term partnerships. This role demands proactive engagement with clients and strategizing to enhance market presence and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development.
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Active Listening skills for customer interactions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software or sales management tools.
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in a sales or client-facing role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the local market and fluency in regional languages is a plus.
