Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager at Shriram Life Insurance, located in Bhubaneswar. The individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting business targets. Day-to-day tasks include acquiring new clients, maintaining and building long-term customer relations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities will include customer service, daily reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in identifying customer needs and developing customized insurance solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet business goals
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
  • Local language proficiency and familiarity with the Bhubaneswar region are desirable
