Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and expanding the company's client base. Additional responsibilities include account management, identifying potential markets, and developing strategic plans to support business growth while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic thinking and the ability to identify market opportunities
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with cross-functional departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Salary Rs 15000 to 22000 monthly
