Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Kanpur location. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies, build and manage customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include market analysis, identifying potential clients, developing and executing sales plans, negotiating contracts, and leading a sales team towards achieving performance goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Customer Relations
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
- Outstanding Negotiation, Communication, and Leadership abilities
- Understanding of the copper conductors and electrical insulation solutions industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to adapt to dynamic sales environments and meet targets consistently
