The Leather Laundry (TLL), established in 2015 and founded by Mallika Sharma, is a pioneer in sustainable luxury. The company specializes in extending the lifespan of premium leather goods through expert repairs and restoration. With a team of seasoned technicians, TLL offers services such as handbag and shoe restoration, luxury leather jacket care, and premium sofa cleaning. TLL operates with a customer-centric approach, providing seamless door pick-up and drop-off services across Pan India. By emphasizing timeless and responsible care, TLL strives to promote sustainable luxury for valued clients.

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Mayur Vihar. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, explaining service offerings, identifying client needs, and promoting the company's leather restoration services. Key tasks include forging and maintaining strong client relationships, closing sales, handling customer feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Additionally, the Salesperson will contribute to achieving revenue goals and identifying new business opportunities.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Effective communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Knowledge or interest in luxury goods, leather products, and restoration services
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and inquiries effectively
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in using basic computer tools and CRM systems
• Willingness to work on-site in Mayur Vihar
