This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson, based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, showcasing properties, negotiating transactions, and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing reliable advice on market trends, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the real estate process.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of Real Estate, including Real Property and the ability to navigate Real Estate transactions.
• Sales skills, including negotiation and communication, to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• A valid Real Estate License is required.
• Ability to stay updated on market trends, regulations, and emerging opportunities in the real estate industry.
• Proactive, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is a plus.
