Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  2. Manage sales teams, operations, and resources to ensure delivery of growth targets.
  3. Design and implement sales training programs to enable staff success.
  4. Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in distribution sales within fintech, banking, or EDC sales.
  2. Proven track record in executing successful sales strategies and achieving targets.
  3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
