Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Sell products/services and represent the company's brand, managing customer relationships from lead outreach to final purchase.
  2. Lead and manage a team to achieve sales goals, focusing on channel sales and distribution.
  3. Use Excel and data tools for efficient sales analysis and decision-making.
  4. Drive growth and ensure the team earns lucrative incentives through performance and goal achievement.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in channel sales and distribution, with proven team management experience.
  2. Strong market knowledge and a growth-focused mindset.
  3. Familiarity with Excel and sales-related data tools.
  4. Graduate or above (Post Graduation preferred).
