Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating and nurturing leads, driving sales growth, and delivering customer-focused solutions. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with training teams to understand product offerings, and ensuring clients receive comprehensive information to meet their training and certification needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills to articulate and present solutions effectively
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to establish positive client relationships
  • Sales abilities, including lead generation, meeting sales targets, and closing deals
  • Basic knowledge of Sales Management and familiarity with strategies to drive growth
  • Experience in coordinating or organizing training programs is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in a sales or business development role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
