Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Specialist - Insurance, based in Bengaluru. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to achieve sales targets, managing and expanding the corporate sales pipeline, and engaging in business development for insurance solutions. It also includes conducting effective negotiations, structuring customized policies, and providing advisory to meet client-specific needs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ Years Experience in Insurance Broking
  • Expertise in Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Management
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Negotiation and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Understanding of the insurance industry is a strong advantage
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results
