Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

films, brand films, CSR/impact films, and high-value visual content. We work with leading

brands like Himalaya, CRED, Google, and WeWork, creating cinematic stories that drive

business impact.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Sales Professional who can own the complete

sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing high-value clients.

This is not a passive coordination role.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, building client relationships, and closing

deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients (corporates, brands, agencies, CSR teams)
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, events, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline consistently

2. Client Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR
  • Heads, CSR Heads)
  • Understand client needs, business goals, and content requirements
  • Build long-term relationships and trust with clients

3. Pitching & Solution Selling

  • Present Wilmarcs services (Corporate Films, CSR Films, Brand Videos, Event Films)
  • Translate client requirements into strong storytelling/video solutions
  • Customize pitches based on client industry and objective

4. Proposal & Deal Structuring

  • Prepare proposals, costing, and project scope in coordination with internal teams
  • Handle negotiations professionally while maintaining pricing integrity
  • Ensure clarity on deliverables, timelines, and expectations

5. Closing Deals

  • Take ownership of converting leads into paying clients
  • Drive decision-making and follow-ups until closure
  • Ensure consistent revenue generation month-on-month

6. Post-Sale Coordination

  • Ensure smooth handover to production/creative team
  • Stay involved for client satisfaction and relationship continuity
  • Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development (media, advertising,
  • production, or services preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand business problems and sell creative solutions
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly proactive
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and client-facing roles
  • Ability to handle pressure and close deals independently
