Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive business growth by identifying and qualifying leads within the Middle East market. This role requires a professional who understands the unique business landscape of the GCC and can build meaningful relationships over phone and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Market Penetration: Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies across the UAE and Middle East.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual product or service demonstrations, tailoring solutions to meet client-specific needs.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM to ensure pipeline visibility.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high activity levels (calls, emails, and meetings).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or Business Development specifically targeting the UAE/Middle East market.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Middle Eastern business etiquette and regional industry trends.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Tools: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate terms effectively over the phone.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated per week.
  • Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
  • Sales target achievement rate.
  • Daily outbound activity (dials and talk time).
