Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their real estate needs, and provide data-backed, unbiased property recommendations aligned with Relai's advisory-first approach. Responsibilities include conducting in-person and phone consultations, managing the sales pipeline, coordinating property visits, and guiding customers through each stage of the transaction process. The role involves collaborating closely with advisory, research, and operations teams to ensure accurate information, timely follow-up, and a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to deal closure. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to improving sales processes, share customer feedback with internal teams, and support training initiatives for new team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
  • Proven Customer Service and client relationship management skills, focused on empathy, responsiveness, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience in real estate or a related sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or conversion goals.
  • Experience in Sales Management or pipeline management, including using CRM tools, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics.
  • Ability to provide or support Training for team members on product knowledge, consultative selling, and customer experience best practices.
  • Good understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market or willingness and ability to learn quickly through research and on-ground exposure.
  • Comfort with technology, including AI-driven tools, digital platforms, and basic data interpretation to support advisory-led selling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • High integrity, customer-first mindset, and readiness to work on-site, including occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs.
