Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their real estate needs, and provide data-backed, unbiased property recommendations aligned with Relai's advisory-first approach. Responsibilities include conducting in-person and phone consultations, managing the sales pipeline, coordinating property visits, and guiding customers through each stage of the transaction process. The role involves collaborating closely with advisory, research, and operations teams to ensure accurate information, timely follow-up, and a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to deal closure. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to improving sales processes, share customer feedback with internal teams, and support training initiatives for new team members.
