Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented International Sales Lead to drive enterprise sales and business expansion across global markets. The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting large corporate customers such as multi-location garage chains, dealership groups, fleet operators, insurance partners, automotive service networks, and aftermarket distributors.
The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling skills, experience managing long sales cycles, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers across multiple geographies. This role requires complete ownership of the sales process from market research and lead generation to proposal creation, commercial negotiations, deal closure, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target large corporate customers including garage chains, dealership groups, fleet operators, insurers, and automotive service networks across international markets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account mapping.
- Identify key decision-makers and establish relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and operational stakeholders.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, RFP responses, contracts, and business cases.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving sales targets and expanding business within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer information in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Autorox at industry events, customer meetings, and international business engagements.
- Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reviews, and revenue forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, automotive, mobility, or related technology sectors.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, solution selling, and deal negotiation across multiple geographies.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and C-level stakeholders.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic financial metrics like pricing, margins, and revenue projections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Strong presentation, product demonstration, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Experience working with culturally diverse teams and customers, with readiness for occasional international travel.
- Good understanding of the automotive aftermarket, repair workshops, or fleet/insurance ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
