Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include consulting with potential clients to assess their needs, presenting solutions tailored to their requirements, and providing training or demonstrations as needed. The role also involves meeting sales targets, coordinating with teams, and maintaining superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Excellent skills in Communication and Customer Service to build strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive business growth
• Experience in Training to guide clients or teams on offerings and services
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Adaptability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in coworking, creative studios, or a related industry is a plus
• Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
