Job Description

Job Title: Franchise Channel Sales Manager (B2B)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA- 11 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard franchise and channel partners
  • Pitch the business model to prospective partners
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Negotiate and close B2B partnership deals
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partners
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines through CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 8 Experience is Mandate
  • Experience in Franchise Sales, IT Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Real Estate Sales or Business Development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
  • Self-driven and target-oriented approach

Job Details

  • Full-time, Work from Office
  • Location: Andheri, Mumbai
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday Off)
  • Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy
  • Immediate joiners preferred
