Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for Elchemy's Flavors and Fragrance Division for the US and EU market.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold-calling, cold emailing, attending physical & virtual conferences, social media outreach etc.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, determining their potential to convert into sales opportunities. Assess client needs and identify opportunities for chemical solutions.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads, meetings, opportunities, and closures, ensuring timely follow-ups, consistent communication, and strong conversion discipline across every stage of the sales funnel.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being process-oriented, operationally efficient, and highly responsive, while demonstrating strong communication and coordination skills throughout the customer journey.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in sales/business development in B2B sector in International markets
- Experience of International Sales in the US or Europe market is plus
- Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
- Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
