Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist. The role involves identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities to support various events, initiatives, and projects. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, developing client relationships, crafting customized sponsorship packages, and achieving sales targets. The Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sponsorship agreements while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sponsorship Sales and the ability to negotiate and secure sponsorships effectively
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation and maintaining a pipeline of potential sponsors
- Experience in Sales and crafting compelling sponsorship proposals
- Excellent Communication skills to engage and interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and partners
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in event management or similar industries is a plus
