Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and understanding their corporate catering needs. Key tasks include delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. The role also involves managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in Sales and an ability to identify opportunities to achieve revenue growth
  • Capability in Sales Management and Training to monitor, track progress, and lead initiatives
  • Proven organizational skills, customer-focused attitude, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the food service, catering, or hospitality industry is advantageous
