Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewelry, providing exceptional customer service, effectively communicating product features, and managing sales processes. Additional responsibilities include building long-lasting customer relationships, maintaining the store's layout, and contributing to sales growth through effective engagement strategies. The role is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and provide excellent service to clients
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve sales targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to foster skill development and professional growth
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in luxury retail or the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
