Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Kozhikode, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Key tasks also include maintaining relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and providing training and support to clients on products and services offered by the company. Collaboration with team members and reporting on sales progress will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals successfully.
- Experience with Training and Sales Management to coach and support team members and optimize sales performance.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to build and maintain lasting professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field is preferred.
