Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quilon for a Solar Sales Executive. The role involves managing and executing sales strategies for solar panel systems and solutions, identifying and connecting with potential clients, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, collaborating with technical teams, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will also represent the company in client presentations, trade shows, and other relevant events.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales skills with expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy development
  • Knowledge of solar energy solutions, renewable energy technologies, and installation processes
  • Proficient in market research, preparing proposals, and effective contract negotiation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for understanding customer needs
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Experience in the solar energy sector is an advantage
