This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role located in Kozhikode. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, giving product presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role requires proactive engagement to achieve sales targets and continuous learning to stay informed of market trends and industry dynamics.

• Proficiency in market research, prospecting, and lead generation
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience in relationship-building and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques to deliver customized solutions
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement business strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is an advantage
