- Oversee daily showroom operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, display standards, and ambience are maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

- Ensure proper display of furniture as per brand guidelines.
- Regularly update showroom layout to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain price tags, product details, and promotional displays.
6. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for replenishment.
- Ensure proper stock handling and minimal damage.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain records.
7. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with Head Office, purchase team, and logistics.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
8. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Maintain billing accuracy and cash handling procedures.
