Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements effectively and contribute to the team's growth through training and sales management activities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in sales and sales management to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in training and coaching team members to enhance sales performance
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the engineering, manufacturing, or defense industries is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is advantageous
