Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role entails developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include client communications, customer service, organizing sales training sessions, and supporting sales management initiatives. The specialist will collaborate closely with teams to meet organizational sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance sales performance.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track progress and evaluate the success of sales and marketing strategies.

Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in a dynamic work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the linen or home decor industry is a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel
