Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, driven, and people-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving admissions, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience to parents and students.

The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Having a musical background or being a musician is a strong plus, as it helps in understanding the needs of students and communicating the value of our programs more effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into enrolled students
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and partners
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries
  • Conduct product presentations and guide parents through our curriculum, offerings, and value
  • Deliver onboarding and product training to new customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (teaching, operations, marketing) to support smooth admissions
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and communication in CRM tools
  • Participate in events, demos, and outreach activities to grow the BodhiTree community
  • Analyze prospect behaviour and feedback to continually improve sales pitches and processes

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • Strong communication skills with a friendly, persuasive, and confident manner
    • Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
    • Proficiency in sales techniques and demonstrated ability to close deals
    • Experience in Sales Management and strategy development is an advantage
    • Ability to conduct product training and explain offerings clearly to customers
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred)
    • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial
    • Musical knowledge or being a musician is a bonus and will be given preference
