This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Specialist at Legal Assure. The Sales Specialist will manage client interactions, build relationships, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, conducting property consultations, drafting sales proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets. Regular communication and on-site client meetings in Pune and its neighborhoods are integral to the role.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to identify and convert potential leads
• Experience in Training and onboarding clients or internal team members as required
• Proficiency in real estate sales tools and familiarity with the Pune property market are advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while independently managing tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is recommended
