Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include effectively communicating with clients, addressing their needs, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales operations. Training and supporting clients to optimize services will also be part of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to address client needs effectively
• Exemplary Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in providing training and support to clients is advantageous
• Proven ability to strategize and achieve sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
