Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Enlight Metals Pvt Ltd, located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting client meetings, analyzing customer needs, delivering product training, and meeting sales targets. The role involves active engagement with both new and existing clients to ensure their requirements are met and surpassed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and effectively convey information.
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, negotiate deals, and guide the sales process.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members for improved performance and product understanding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with digital sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
