Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Pune. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored recommendations for flooring and related products. Key responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, conducting training sessions for stakeholders on products, and staying current with industry trends to ensure a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and meet their needs
• prior experience in project sales /specification of interior products with architects for product presentation/ specification will be preffered.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in providing Training and product guidance to customers and team members
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-focused mindset
• Relevant experience in the flooring, interiors, or construction industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
