About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Representative (ESR) to drive revenue growth and expand our enterprise footprint in the Indian market. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional with end-to-end sales expertise, a passion for consultative selling, and a proven ability to close complex enterprise deals.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Self-driven individual with end-to-end sales experience in India or US market.
  • Prior experience in selling Tech backed/driven Talent Solutions, SAAS Sales in India Region is a must.
  • Results oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM & Sales Tools.
  • Responsible for researching and identifying the right target market, accounts to engage with potential customers, to understand their need and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products & services.
  • Presenting to prospects, overcoming objections and concerns, guiding prospects towards making a purchasing decision.
  • Adding New Logos & Generating Revenue: Take ownership of leads & opportunities, ensuring they progress through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with potential & existing customers to aid account enterprise growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, and competitive offers.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
