Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound channels.

Conduct comprehensive research to build, maintain, and update a high-quality lead database.

Engage with prospects to understand their IT service requirements and business needs.

Schedule and coordinate discovery calls for the sales team.

Drive value-based conversations to uncover client requirements and align solutions effectively.

Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and communications using CRM tools.

Consistently achieve or exceed defined OKRs such as discovery calls scheduled, qualified leads created, etc.

Build and maintain a repository of best practices, competitor analysis, and market insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (MBA preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or business development within the IT services sector.

Proven experience working with international markets such as the USA and EMEA regions.

Strong experience in engaging and communicating with global enterprise accounts.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, Odoo, or similar platforms.

Flexibility to work in varied time zones, including night shifts, as required.
