We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to generate and qualify leads, engage potential clients, and drive business growth in the USA market. This role involves cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-based prospecting to identify and nurture high-quality leads before passing them to the sales team for conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Cold Calling & Emailing: Initiate conversations, introduce company offerings, and qualify leads.
• AI & Digital Outreach: Utilize AI tools and databases for lead sourcing and automation.
• CRM Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and track interactions.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the USA sales team.
• Sales Follow-Ups: Engage with leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends and customer needs to refine targeting strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the USA sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1-3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably for international markets).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch and engage potential clients effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-based lead generation tools.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
• Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve and exceed targets with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools, email outreach tools, and AI-driven prospecting.
