Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive franchise expansion, hospital partnerships, and revenue growth by building strategic relationships, activating referral networks, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners in assigned territories
Drive revenue through franchise performance, hospital tie-ups, and B2B partnerships
Build and manage relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions
Activate referral channels and conduct presentations, demos, and awareness sessions
Generate leads through on-ground networking, medical outreach, and partnerships
Train and support franchise partners on MAITYS services and sales processes
Track KPIs, prepare regular reports, and ensure target achievement
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Franchise, or Healthcare Partnerships
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Existing healthcare or hospital network preferred
Comfortable with field work, targets, CRM, and reporting tools
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field
