Oversee the end-to-end process from product presentation to order closure, coordinating with internal teams for timely execution.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Science (B.Sc), or Business Administration. An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Industry Experience:
79 years in sales within the building materials or fenestration industry, with a focus on B2B sales and project-based selling.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and sales reporting software.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
