Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven
Sales & Marketing Executive (BDM) to join our growth team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting our tech consulting services, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through online platforms, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and present tailored tech and consulting solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver proposals and demos
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost lead generation
- Manage CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Represent the brand on social media and during virtual meetings/webinars
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales, tech marketing, or IT consulting business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, AI/CRM/ERP domains preferred
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, CRM tools, and Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
