About the Role:
We are a US-based Accounting, Taxation, Bookkeeping, and Advisory firm seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth. This role is for someone who can independently identify opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Preferred industries: KPO (Accounting & Tax Firms), SaaS (especially accounting), Business Consulting Services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies focused on the US market.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
* Drive lead generation through digital marketing, networking, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
* Track performance, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Results-driven, resourceful, and highly organized.
* Experience in B2B services, accounting, taxation, financial services, or consulting is preferred.
