Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Jalandhar. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for valves, water control systems, firefighting solutions, and bath fittings. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and visiting clients, consultants, and project sites to promote products and solutions. The role involves preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Marketing Executive will also track competitor activity, gather market feedback, and support brand-building initiatives through events, exhibitions, and digital or offline marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify target segments, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing, preferably in industrial or building products.
- Effective Communication and Marketing skills to present technical products clearly, build relationships, and support promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in B2B sales, project sales, or channel management; exposure to valves, water systems, firefighting, or building materials is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, and meet targets with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, with strong documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required for client meetings, site visits, and events.
