Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding URR Manufacturing's customer base and strengthening existing client relationships. This full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai involves identifying new business opportunities, creating strategic plans, building relationships with industry stakeholders, and managing sales pipelines. Additional responsibilities include gathering market intelligence, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs, while achieving revenue targets and representing the company at industry events.
