Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Sales & Marketing Executive will identify and approach prospective clients, build and maintain relationships, and promote Sparsh Media's business stationery and promotional solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, giving product presentations, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams on client requirements, and tracking performance against sales and marketing targets. The successful candidate will consistently represent the brand professionally, provide timely follow-ups, and deliver a positive client experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Marketing and Market Planning abilities to support campaigns, positioning, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client presentations.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in printing, promotional products, or related industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic business software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
