Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to support our business growth through a combination of Lead Generation, Executive Outreach, Digital Marketing, and Brand Building. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging prospective customers, managing outreach campaigns, creating marketing content, and driving business visibility through multiple channels.

1. Lead Generation & Executive Outreach (Primary Responsibility)
  • Generate qualified business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referrals, and networking activities.
  • Research target organizations, identify key decision-makers, and build targeted prospect databases.
  • Engage CXOs, business leaders, and department heads through structured outreach campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and business discussions for the leadership team.
  • Execute account-based outreach initiatives to improve engagement and meeting conversions.
  • Manage follow-up activities and nurture prospects through regular communication.
  • Maintain accurate lead, contact, and activity records within CRM and sales tracking systems.
  • Monitor outreach effectiveness and continuously improve prospecting strategies and messaging.
  • Support event-driven lead generation activities before, during, and after industry events and webinars.
2. Marketing & Brand Building (Secondary Responsibility)
  • Create and manage marketing content including presentations, brochures, social media creatives, case studies, emailers, and promotional materials.
  • Support LinkedIn marketing, branding initiatives, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Design marketing creatives and campaign assets using Canva and similar tools.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, exhibitions, conferences, and other business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and industry trend analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create customer success stories, announcements, and marketing communications.
  • Track campaign performance and generate reports on marketing and lead generation activities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing.
  • Confidence in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and executive engagement.
  • Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to create professional marketing and sales content.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Experience in B2B products, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or technology organizations will be an added advantage.
